the punishment is instant and permanent banishment.
A bad case will be referred to one of the rougher, hands on, ocean action groups like sea shepherd or greenpeace – for remedial training with a tour of duty in the arctic circle, aboard a small sailboat,
banging hulls with armed, steel-hulled, icebreaking pirate ships.
